Which do you choose and why
Cooldown Gems or Damage Gems Which one should you pick and what is the reason? Which one do you prefer and what is the reason? I would like to pick your minds a bit, because you have excellent insight.
My idea is cooldown gems for the skills which you often use, with high cooldowns such as 30 or damage-free skills that you use frequently.
Also damage gems for abilities which last for 15 seconds, which is the same as cooldown wouldn't be worth it.
Do you still receive CD gems, even for lower cooldown damage?
As for the dealers who cause damage, which one do you choose to prioritize?
It's all about which skills are most important. As a striker a major portion of my damage is caused by lightning tiger strike since I'm using deathblow. Therefore, a damage gem is much more effective on those with the most damage abilities. 18 percent of 2m is greater than 18 percent of 500k. Since it's my primary ability to damage, I'll must also cdr it.

What you're asking for is so ambiguous, it's distinct for each class. It isn't a good idea to place a high value on damage gems for a low cd, lower dmg ability, since it is probably filler or one used to construct a special meters.
